Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. What Reeply is

Reeply is a tool that automates replies on Instagram professional accounts you connect: it can like and publicly reply to comments, send private messages (DMs) to people who comment or message you, and run keyword-based message flows. Reeply uses only Meta's official APIs. By using Reeply you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Facebook and may connect Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Facebook account secure. You can disconnect accounts at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Reeply in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and applicable law. You will not use Reeply to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who did not interact with your account;
  • deceive, harass, or impersonate others, or promote illegal products or content;
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis or contrary to your own privacy policy;
  • circumvent Instagram's rate limits, messaging windows, or other platform restrictions.

We may suspend automations or accounts that violate these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the messages, automations and data you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to operate Reeply for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time, including by removing the app from your Facebook settings.

5. Third-party platforms

Reeply depends on Meta's APIs. Meta may change, limit or revoke access, and Instagram enforces its own limits (for example, one private reply per comment and a 24-hour messaging window). We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or for messages Instagram does not deliver.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Reeply available and reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

7. Paid plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and plans renew until cancelled.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeply and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Reeply at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination your automations stop and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
